Influenza MIRACLE?!?!?!?!? + Help

Classes were canceled until May 6th, now I have enough time to work on my final projects and study and even relax!!! Who would says it could be so convenient?!

Anyways, I uploaded an image. It's a scene of my final project but I need help in finding a fitting background. Help will be very appreciated c:
